Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required on file to schedule an appointment.
I get it - things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, a 24 hour notice is required prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise late cancellations for all services are subject to 50% charge of the service fees and no shows are subject to 100% of the service fees.
Your late cancellation or no show charge may be used to put towards a future appointment.
If you no show twice, prepayment will be required for any future bookings.
Please be considerate and respectful of the cancellation and no show policy. These missed times can really hurt my business. Thank you so much for your understanding with this policy.
How to cancel your Appointment:
Choose from one of these options to cancel your appointment:
-Call or text me at (586)838-7144.
-Cancel it through your appointment confirmation email, text or in the Gloss Genius app. (These two can only be done 24 hours prior. If your appointment is within 24 hours, you must use one of the other methods above.)
